Cyberflix TV has been able to capture their audience’s imagination, and that’s the reason why it’s considered a great alternative to Terrarium TV. Thanks to a massive content library and stable streaming services, millions of people use Cyberflix TV around the world. When Terrarium was discontinued, I wondered which app was going to take its place, and I found my answer within months.
What is Cyberflix TV?
Cyberflix TV is an online streaming website and app where people can watch or stream movies and television shows for free. It started its journey in 2018 and within a short span of time, attracted many viewers. Similar to other free streaming portals, Cyberflix TV operates in the gray area and thus it isn’t illegal. It doesn’t host the content on its servers and just fetches the content from other providers. Thus, you can rely on the quality of the links that you’d find on the app without worrying about reliability.
What should you expect from the Cyberflix TV App?
Cyberflix TV has a lot to offer to its audience. As a streamer, you get access to HD movies and TV shows within a few clicks. Most of the content on the platform includes trending Hollywood movies and TV shows. The database is updated regularly enabling you to find the latest content without waiting for a long period. If you want to watch the trending content, just head over to that specific category and you’ll find all the popular movies and TV shows which are currently in demand.
I haven’t seen many free streaming services providing push-up notifications. Sure, premium services do it but there aren’t many free apps or platforms that provide content notifications. Using the in-app ‘Settings’, you can allow the app to provide you notification of new content uploaded on the app. It’s a great feature when you’re anxiously waiting for a recently released movie or a TV show episode to be uploaded on the app. With this feature, you’ll never miss a beat and will be able to get notified when you don’t have time to visit the app.
You can download any content on the app directly on your mobile phone. People who love to watch content offline definitely prefer it over streaming. Many of us don’t have a stable internet connection which can ruin the content viewing experience, especially when its’ 1080p. Thus, it’s nice to have a feature where you can leave movies and TV shows to download overnight and watch them while commuting or when you’re free.
With Cyberflix TV, you get access to numerous languages. You can choose a language based upon your location. There are more than 30+ languages that you can access via the app’s settings page. Some languages that you’ll find on the app include English, Hindi, French, Danish, Indonesian, Japanese, and many others.
External Video Player Support
Nowadays, streaming services tend to offer their own player forcing the viewers to settle for it. However, with Cyberflix TV, you can watch the content in any third-party video player app. So be it MX Player or VLC, you no longer need to stick to the default video player that doesn’t offer enough flexibility. With Cyberflix, you’re bestowed with the freedom to choose your own video player. I love streaming on MX Player. What I loved about this app was that it allowed me to configure the video player settings even though I had already installed the app.
Cyberflix has tons of handy features that elevate the overall streaming experience. First, there’s TV Calendar, then there are features such as ‘HD Links Filter’, ‘Favorites’, ‘Force Android TV Mode’, ‘Customize font color and size’, ‘Backup and Restore the content’. On top of these amazing features, you get automatic updates, so you don’t have to visit the app and update it manually.
Cyberflix TV App Information
Cyberflix TV is a fairly new app. Currently, it’s in its third generation with the latest version being 3.2.3. At 18 MB, the app size doesn’t seem too large. The app has been downloaded over 10 million times and receives frequent updates every one or two months. With each update, there are bug fixing, feature additions, and overall enhancement. The developers are super active and that’s the reason why this app has burst on to the mobile streaming scene so quickly.
How to access Cyberflix TV?
You should access Cyberflix TV from the following website. Since the app has its own designated website, it’s much safer for you to install it directly from there. Doing so will save you malware and adware hassles. However, in case if the website gets taken down, you can find the app on numerous third-party APK websites. Before you install the app, make sure you have an active VPN so you can protect your device and your identity from hackers.
Lastly, if you’re new to downloading APKs, then follow the points below:

By far the most refreshing design I’ve seen so far. It’s not the colors that make it stand apart, it’s just the layout and the adequate spacing. Instead of cramping the homepage with 4-5 thumbnails, the developers have kept it subtle. You’ll just find three thumbnails in each row accompanied by the release year. The spacing between each thumbnail with the gray background looks tidy.
The main menu on the app makes it so easy for users to flick through the content. It’s quite similar to that of Movie HD and Cinema HD layout. The content filter option along with genre-based suggestions adds up to the overall content searching experience.
Upon landing on the homepage, you’ll find five options in the header section. There’s a drop-down menu towards the left, drop-down categories at the center, followed by search bar, favorites, and user management option.
If you click on the drop-down categories, you’ll get numerous options such as ‘Recently Uploaded’, ‘New Shows’, ‘Premiers’, ‘Airing Today’, ‘Most Popular’, ‘Most Played’, ‘Most Watched’, ‘Top Rated’, and ‘Netflix List’.
The inner page of the app is equally impressive with detailed information about the title. You’ll find synopsis, cast details, directors, release year, genre alongside trailer options. I like how each title has a designated page to help you amass critical information before you start streaming. The streaming page itself is amazing with a dark background and forced Android TV Mode. As a streamer, I certainly can’t ask for more.
Content is not something you have to worry about on this platform. It has a solid library where you’ll be overwhelmed with the movies and TV shows options at your disposal. The platform is packed with trending content and you’ll even be able to find content from platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Some TV shows and movies titles that caught my eye were, ‘Terminator Genisys’, ‘Deadpool’, ‘Jurassic World’, ‘Venom’, ‘Creed II’, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, ‘Parasite’, ‘Jumanji’, ‘Stuber’, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, ‘Jumanji’, ‘Mission Impossible’, ‘Aladdin’, ‘The Lion King’, ‘John Wick: Chapter 3’, ‘Avengers: Endgame’, ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ and ‘Incredibles 2’.
As for TV Shows and Anime, some popular titles include ‘The Walking Dead’, ‘The Flash’, Game of Thrones’, ‘American Horror Story’, ‘The Big Bang Theory’, ‘Arrow’, ‘Criminal Minds’, ‘Blindspot’, ‘Family Guy’, ‘Modern Family’, ‘Supernaturals’, ‘Grey Anatomy’, ‘Titans’, and ‘How I Met Your Mother’.
I’ve never seen such an amazing streaming app after Terrarium TV. Cyberflix TV is an unbelievable app and after watching an entire season of ‘Modern Family’, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I didn’t experience any buffering at all. The playback was smooth as butter and it’s the perfect app for long binge-watching sessions. I watched the first Avengers and the stream was as seamless as the TV Shows. There were little to no discrepancies.
