So, as anybody who follows streaming sites closely knows, not all movie and TV show streaming sites are created equally. Not all of them safe to use. This is especially true when it comes to free TV and movie streaming sites. Free streaming sites are notorious for being riddled with viruses, trojans, malware, and spyware. If that wasn’t enough to turn you off from free movie streaming sites, perhaps the absurd number of invasive ads was. Have you ever tried to watch a movie or TV series on a free streaming site? It is borderline impossible!
What is Cine B exactly? Well, it is a free streaming site that enables users to stream movies and TV shows free of charge. According to the site itself, Cine B allows you to watch hundreds of movies and TV shows in HD and 4K quality for free. There are no constraints here in terms of genre or category, and Cine B does, indeed, have one of the largest free movie and TV series libraries on the web.
It sounds a little too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, there is only one way to know for sure whether Cine B delivers on its promises … and that is to take a closer look at the ins and outs of this site and everything that it has to offer. If you have been curious as to whether Cine B actually does offer free HD and 4K movies and TV shows but have been maybe too afraid (for good reason) to test it out yourself, allow me to do it for you.
So, without further ado, here is everything that you need to know about the site that could have what it takes to become the new top dog in the free movie and TV streaming. Ladies and gentlemen here is my honest review of Cine B.
As far as free movie and TV series streaming sites are concerned, Cine B’s site design isn’t bad. If you have ever been on a site like this before, then you probably already know, the bar has not exactly been set high when it comes to site design. More often than not, free streaming sites are cluttered, chaotic, infested with ads everywhere you look, glitchy, and hard to navigate. Every once in a while, though, you come across a free streaming site that presents itself in a professional and relatively intuitive manner. Cine B is one of these exceptional sites.
We’re not talking about the same level of user-friendly and smooth interface that you will find on a premium streaming service like Netflix or Hulu, of course, but relative to most of the free streaming sites on the web, Cine B is not so bad. The home page, for instance, is clean and neatly organized. At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar and collapsible navigation menu. When you expand the menu, it presents itself dynamically, graying out the rest of the page, allowing you to choose from Home, Top IMDb, Movies, TV Shows, Android App, Genre (with a dropdown full genre list), and Country (with an expandable dropdown in the same manner).
Already, Cine B has a better site design than 99% of the free movie and TV streaming sites out there, and we haven’t even clicked into a movie yet. So, let’s do just that. Here is where some of the characteristic clutter of a free streaming site starts to show itself. Still, though, Cine B’s movie player pages are infinitely better than that of most comparable sites.
At the top of the page, you’ll find the media player. As opposed to presenting the server and file options in a list format for you to choose from, one uniquely convenient feature of Cine B is the fact that you can quickly access and change servers and files without leaving the embedded media player on the page. To the left of the player, you’ll find a list of additional servers to connect to should your movie or show encounter buffering or playback issues; simply jump to another server for seamless playback with minimal interruptions.
Below the player, data about the movie is a little too condensed for my liking. It is also somewhat awkwardly sized and placed next to a list of recommended movies. Is this slightly cluttered? Yes. Does it still put most other free streaming site builds to shame? Absolutely.
Content and Features
Cine B, in another rare move for a free movie streaming site, offers plenty of info on its featured movies and shows. Linking to IMDb data, users are able to access a title’s IMDb rating, release date, synopsis, trailer, cast, production info, etc. Additionally, Cine B users can also rate films themselves with a simple “like” or “dislike” voting system on each title. In another instance of unprecedented user features, Cine B also lets registered users add movies and TV shows to their favorites list, making for very convenient archiving and tracking of viewing history.
What seems to be missing from this site, on the other hand, are community features. There is no way to comment on movies and TV shows, for instance. Although not necessary, a sense of community can really elevate a streaming site from mere entertainment to a socially validating experience. Since users can register for free, social features seem like the logical next step.
Mobile and Desktop Experience
Yet another exceptional feature of Cine B’s is the existence of its mobile app. This is incredibly rare in the world of free movie streaming sites.
In fact, the only version of the mobile app that exists (as of the time of this writing) is an Android APK. If you want to be able to access the app on your phone, you’ll have to download it onto your computer and then install it onto your Android device manually.
